My nails are New Years Eve ready. I’ve been obsessed with rose gold and white for a while. When I passed by a Forever 21 with a dress this exact color it inspired me. As for the dip on the tip *shrugs* just trying something new. For some reason these have me sangin bright lights and the big cityyyyy… Maybe I just need a pitch perfect watching session. Hope you enjoyed your last Saturday of the year.

It’s cold for me still didn’t make it to the gym and you know the struggle to breathe has been real. So I’ve just been turnin’ up as much as possible in my room. Masks, make up, and reading Ahh with a little Netflix on the side. Chill or nah? Livin’ on a prayer that the temperature will rise so I can turn up all the way. You know what I’m sayin? I would hate to be this way for nye. *runs* eucalyptus and spearmint treatments to the rescue. *Fingers crossed*

I went into Sephora today and was bummed at first because everything I was looking at was gone. One of the big things on the list was Smashbox Full Exposure Palette. Of course that one was gone so I kept looking the Kat Von D was out so on and so forth. Then I stumbled upon the display of the Double Exposure Palette. Christmas Haul

Wow! Christmas was amazing and I am so thankful be able to celebrate with friends and family. Since I’ve been adult I don’t think I’ve been showered with this much love. Not just in gifts but spending time with the people I love and having a truly wonderful time.

I had a bit of an emotional reaction though from two gifts. One my niece gave me it was a box she painted and wrote my name on with a note. The note was so encouraging and spoke such life to me. The other was my friend investing in my business. Many people kind of shrug and say oh yeah that thing you do. So for someone so close to me to pour into me was amazing.

My other gifts are simply amazing because they are my favorite things *cues music* I am so blessed and must find a way to give back more than what was given to me on this day.

To be real gifts being one of my love languages can be quite ackward sometimes. I feel so appreciated at the fact that someone though of me. So I guess that’s why I feel so overwhelmed. What did I do to deserve these natural gifts.

All I know is I am very thankful!

It got a little real when we played uno though. I’m really competitive *Jesus is still working on me* shoot I’ve come such a long way in that area. Basically this is just life with Lizzy P. Any given day or time you never know what’s going to happen. One things for sure it’s bound to be an adventure.

I am so writing this in my graditude journal. So the next time the devil tries to play me with those negative thoughts I can remember the love.

Mini Target Haul: Sugar Paper LA, Que Bella, and Yes to the Cucumbers

A quick trip into Target is never just a quick trip into Target. I picked up some of my favorites which I need to review (I know I’ve been slacking on the reviews guys.) Another Sugar Paper LA planner this time I found a smaller one and in pink. Some coconut milk for my hair some finishing paste for my edges. I had more but purged my basket before I paid.
